Welcome to the Peninsula Conservation Center!
The Peninsula Conservation Center (PCC) has been in existence since 1970. Initially, the PCC was a set of community groups that came together to seek a common work environment to take advantage of synergistic relationships and better serve and protect our environment.
The PCC is now the name of the building that currently houses nine environmental and allied non-profit organizations. The building was purchased by the Peninsula Conservation Center Foundation Trust Fund in 1993 so that resident organizations would have a stable place to work without the worry of unanticipated rent increases or eviction. All the organizations at the time, along with community leaders and others, helped to raise funds to purchase the building. As of 2019, the building is owned by the Peninsula Conservation Center Management Council.
